在Linux Lite 3.2发行版本中有名为“Lite Desktop Widget”的可选功能，承诺提供已安装发行版本的基础系统信息。GRUB bootloader可以支持和其他GNU/Linux发行版本多启动，此外允许用户通过get go来升级Lite Welcome。
Linux Lite 3.2搭载了一系列最新的软件和组件，包括Mozilla Firefox 49.0.2网页浏览器、Mozilla Thunderbird 45.4.0邮件和新闻客户端、LibreOffice 5.1.4.2办公套件、VLC Media Player 2.2.2, GIMP 2.8.18图像编辑器和为Xfce桌面环境打造的最新Whisker Menu应用Launcher。
